They are now expanding and require a consultant for their new Milton Keynes Office.



THE ROLE



You will be responsible for the development of this new desk, so you will be speaking to new clients and building up strong relationships with them. In a very “hands on” role you will be actively involved in the recruitment process from start to finish including sourcing and interviewing candidates, arranging interviews etc. There is a great deal of autonomy in the Company, allowing you to run your desk as you believe it should be run.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



• 2 years recruitment experience, preferably within the Commercial Recruitment sector, although other sector experience will be considered.

• Fire in your belly with a desire to make money!

• Self motivated with ambition

• Enthusiastic and passionate

• Excellent telephone manner, and fantastic communicator
