My client is a well recognised consultancy based in the Hertfordshire area. Due to recent expansion they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor to take control of new projects within housing, education, community and the leisure sectors.



Remuneration for the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Designate:



£50,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits

The Client:



My client is a small Consultancy based in Hertfordshire and was established over 20 years ago. Since those early days they have built a reputation within the industry for delivering excellence in everything they do and that has been recognised recently with a string of prestigious awards. They have also won a number of high profile projects recently and that’s why they are looking to bring on board an experience Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee these new projects. The projects they tend to work on are either new build or refurbishment work within the Commercial/Residential sector and are usually valued between £500,000 - £10 million.



The Job:



As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Designate you will need excellent client facing skills and will be required to take an overview on a number of individual projects.



Man management skills and the ability to manage an in-house team will be essential in this role.



Synopsis:



This is a fabulous opportunity for the lucky Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor to really take hold of their career as there is a possibility to become an Associate Director within 6 months.



Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Designate:



8+ Quantity Surveying experience

PQS/Consultancy Background preferred but not essential

RICS accredited preferred but not essential
