Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor - Retail - Milton Keynes



An intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor is required by our client who are the UK's leading provider of property services for major retailers, to work on there £45m role out project in Milton Keynes.



The Role:

The successful candidate will be office based in Milton Keynes and will make site visits only when required.



You will be required to manage there role out project which is worth £45m and see it through to completion at a satisfactory standard.



Requirements:

- A BSc or formal qualification would be advantageous for this role

- The successful candidate will be a quantity surveyor who comes from a contractor background preferably within the retail sector

Remuneration:

- Up to £35,000 per annum depending upon experience
