Process Engineer



We are currently recruiting for a Process engineer to work in the Buckinghamshire area within an Automotive company.



The Process Engineer will be responsible for introducing new product into the manufacturing plant and ensuring that the production can commence as planned and agreed with the programme manager.



The process engineer will be involved from the point of quotation and will sometimes work alongside the sales team to develop costing information.



The process engineer will complete the following activities



- NPI

- Build materials

- Jig and fixture manufacture and POKE YOKE

- Process FMEAs

- Developing operator instructions

- Operator training in new processes



Previous experience in work studies would be an advantage for this position though is not essential
